Returns Policy

Because most of our products are considered "Hazmat" we generally cannot accept returns unless all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product has been unopened and the shipping tab has not been broken.
2. The product ships back in the original packaging with the hazmat labels visible.
3. The buyer pays return shipping.

Email return request to info@panopticbrands.com with "Return Request" in the subject and buyer name and the date of purchase in the email body.

All returns are at our sole discretion.
